[SMCARA] PSK-31 Demo

Hi Guys,

July's Tech Group meeting is scheduled to be on PSK-31. We are looking
for someone to give a demo and teach our group about this exciting
avenue of HAM radio.

A laptop, software, projector, IC-706MKIIG with interface cables, and
a HAM stick for "real" demo purposes will be provided.  If you can
help out with the demo, please let me know!
