[SMCARA] Post Feb. 23 testing

All,

I plan on having a Amateur Radio test session after the Feb. 23 rules go into effect. Please Email me if you are interested in the taking an exam or upgrading your license.

All Extra Class VE's  email me your credentials--W5YI or ARRL. I need at least 3 to run an exam however the more the merrier if there is an influx of examinees due to the rule change.

I have the W5YI test materials. I have sent for ARRL Test Materials.
