 ... Wind Advisory now in effect until 1 am EST Tuesday... 
 
 A strong cold front will move across the area early this morning.
 Strong west to northwest winds between 20 t0 30 mph with gusts up
 to 50 mph will develop behind the front between 7 am and 9 am.
 These winds are expected to persist through the day and into the
 evening.
 
 A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts in excess of 46 mph are
 expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... 
 especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
 Scattered power outages could occur.
