[SMCARA] SMCARA club meeting this Thursday, 28 September at 7:30 PM

Hi folks!

  Just a quick reminder... the September monthly meeting of the St. Mary's
County Amateur Radio Association (SMCARA) will be held this Thursday
evening, beginning at 7:30 PM, at the Naval Air Museum by gate #1 of the
Naval Air Station.

  Our guest speaker, Sam Leach (K3KLC), will be discussing the uses for
wattmeters and will be demonstrating a new one that he recently purchased.
If you want to learn about these nifty devices and understand the accuracy
limitations, etc., this would be a good opportunity for you.

  If anyone else has procured or built a new ham radio-related piece of
equipment recently and would like to do a "show and tell" at this meeting,
please feel free to bring your item and give us all a 5 minute overview.
