[SMCARA] Visible ISS Passes This Week

There are some excellent opportunities to see the ISS overhead
starting on October 17th.  More solar panels were installed on the
last shuttle mission making the ISS more visible than ever before.  If
you have never seen the ISS fly overhead, you don't know what you are
