To anyone still interested in Amateur Radio, please go to the link below and
answer the survey which can be found down the page on the right hand side.
For the first time in my memory, the League is actually asking a question
that might give them the message that their "leadership" of the hobby isn't
up to the task. They have been burying their heads in the sand and ignoring
the fact of a sharply declining hobby. When I worked there, I had many
discussions with higher-ups in the organization and they would always insist
that ham activity was the same or greater than it had been 20 or more years
ago. That's why I'm amazed that they finally had a question in their weekly
poll that actually might show that we are in a sharp decline.
