[SMCARA] Lower Potomac River Marathon

I just found out this evening that my step-daughter's soccer team has
entered into a tournament in VA Beach on the same weekend of the
marathon.  As a result, I will not be able to head up the
communications effort after all.

If someone would like to step forward to help coordinate this event,
please let me know.
