The Internet connection is up and running at the K3NHK station in the
museum. Feel free to use the computer while you are visiting the
station. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it this weekend,
so if you hit any snags or have questions about the computer, feel
free to call me on my cell phone at 240-538-5521 and I will be happy
to help you.

I installed Ham Radio Deluxe which includes a logging program as well
as many other useful functions. UI-View32 is also installed for APRS,
but not yet configured until we have the dual band rig and TNC. Nova
is installed and running to show the location of the International
Space Station and NO-44 (Navy Oscar - 44) which
was built at the Naval Academy.

As things progress with the station, I will write up an operating
manual that outlines the basics of how to operate the satellite
tracking software, and how to set things up when you are done
operating so it continues to function as part of the display when
there is no operator present. We can also have some how-to sessions
once things have settled down. I think that would be fun. For now,
feel free to "play" with things. Just leave Nova running on the
screen when you are done. You may install any software you wish as
long as it is relevant to the station's operation.

Thanks!
