[SMCARA] Southern Maryland Celtic Festival Special Events Station???

FW: Southern Maryland Celtic Festival Special Events Station???All- 
The So. Maryland Celtic Festival will be held on Saturday, Apr 23 at Jefferson Patterson Park, over in Calvert.  
Was thinking of a special events station.  Any one interested? 
Here are some of the logistics that I was thinking about: 

  a.. Operate just for the festival, 10am to 6pm. 
  b.. Operate using the museum's call sign, K3NHK. 
  c.. Nothing big, just one station.  I would be happy to loan my ICOM706, with multiband antenna, power supply and LDG tuner. 
    a.. But we would have to provide our own power source. Which I do not have. 
    b.. Would need some sort of structure to mount my little antennae, some sort of pole. 
  d.. One station operating, with three to four people talking to visitors and such.  
  e.. I would even try to get a spot near Clan Donnachaiad (Duncan/Robertson) who are very hospitable folks and provide a great table. 
  f.. Kilts not required, but I will wear mine. 

One other problem:  I MAY MAY MAY be traveling to Kazakhstan about that time. I am happy to honcho the effort, if enough people show an interest, but would need some one to assume control if I had to leave. 

Have included voting buttons to get an a feel for people interested.  This is not a commitment. 

note: on the original e-mail to the NAVAIR MARS list, I had two voting buttons. 
One that said "Haggis is my favorite! I'd love too!"
Another that said "You guys who wear dresses are weird! No thanks"
