Don't have a DTMF keypad on your home rig?  I found this online DTMF 
generator.  It works great!  Just key your mic and hold it up to your 
computer speaker.

On a related note, STS-114 mission audio is on IRLP reflector 9017. 
Using the WA3UMY 440 repeater (443.050 +) key in B9017 to connect and 
B73 to disconnect.
