[SMCARA] Museum antenna

The antenna at K3NHK, the Naval Air Test Museum, has been repaired.  I stopped by on Sunday and was able to fix it.  The deer strike bent the radials and tangled up the counterpoise, but it was repairable!  It looks a little bent, but none of the aluminum radials were broken, so we are back in business.
