[SMCARA] NOAA "Tides Online"

After Isabel last year, I found this NOAA website which shows realtime
measurements from NOAA tide measuring equipment.  With the hurricane season
again in full swing, I thought I would repost the link to the mailing list.
You can see a 6" storm surge from Charley on many of these instruments.
