[SMCARA] SMCARA club meeting - WEDNESDAY, 24 April 2002, 7:30 PM

Hi Folks,

  The monthly meeting of the St. Mary's County
Amateur Radio Association will be held this
*** Wednesday *** 24 April (please note date
change for this month only) beginning at 7:30 PM
at the Lexington Park library meeting room.  I'd
like to take this opportunity to welcome and 
invite everyone to attend our meetings, whether
you are a current member of the SMCARA or not.
We want to be the focal point for pulling together
the local ham community at least once a month with
an hour or two of interesting topics, etc.

  We do have a formal program for this meeting
along with a special surprise... a live telephone
conference with Wayne Green, W2NSD is planned. Wayne 
is a noted publisher of many magazines, including
73 Ham Radio Today, and has travelled extensively
around the world.  Don't be left out by not attending.
I look forward to a large turnout!

  Don't forget... SMCARA April meeting, tomorrow,
Wednesday evening at 7:30 PM.
