[Skywarn] Time to step aside

Fellow SKYWARNers:

I talked with co-list mom Todd Dunlap today and told him I was going to step
aside as list manager for SKYWARN.

No...this had nothing to do with the mailing list FUBAR I did yesterday!!!
I'm still shocked Alan hasnt blasted me for spamming up his mail server!!!
:-)

When I took on the duties, it was to help Todd out, not to take over the
list. I said I would do it until I was no longer needed and since the
postings have thinned out tremendously I figure its time to let the reigns
go back where they belong.

But I'm not going away. On top of being list mom to TWIAR (which I'm sure
you are all painfully aware!) and TNHAM, I'm still a subscriber to this one
and will depend on input from time to time as I take on new duties as the
Emergency Coordinator for my county. Since severe weather makes up a large
percentage of Amateur Radio's Emergency Communications, I'm sure the input I
get from this list will be most valuable.

Please contact Todd Dunlap at [email protected] if you need help with
the mailing list. I thank him for helping me help him. He's been a
tremendous asset to SKYWARN in his area as well as on this list and I wish
him and the rest of the group a very Happy New Year. 73's!!!
