Well I had to unsubscribe everyone and resubscribe the TWIAR folks...so
theyre probably gonna get the welcome message again.

I sent this message to both SKYWARN and TWIAR.  If you are still receiving
this message with TWIAR in the SUBJECT line and you are not supposed to be a
member of TWIAR's list, let me know.

If you did not get this message with TWIAR int he SUBJECT and you are
supposed to be a member then let me know.

Again I am sorry folks.  Im still trying to get used to the new mailing list
program Alan installed and wanted to make sure everyone was moved over to
the new list correctly.  I wasnt on the SKYWARN list (and Im the co-list mom
for them to beat all) and was trying to import the skywarn people still on
majordomo (the old program) to mailman (the new program) and forgot I was
still in TWIAR's list...oh boy...

Now, what to do with all 693 of these emails that came pouring into my
mailbox that users were subscribed, unsubscribed, and
resubscribed...sheesh...
