I do have rpm10/rpm14 and cable can program one zone of conventional frequencies free of charge. Can be programmed to amateur or gmrs as well as frs and murs. Proof of licensing will need to be verified on any transmit frequencies within any licensed band.

Portable can be upgraded cheaply to do phase ii tdma and fpp.

This is a hi end portable and similar to a motorola apx 8000 series but cheaper than the current going rate of an apx.
