Can you help me get to the Emergency Manager for Boulder/Marshall fire?

I’m sure you know him/her or who does.

The reason is that we have a panel on broadcast/EM cooperation... I heard some of his/her’s comments on the Marshall fire… the IPAWS issues, and Everbridge… good stuff.
