[SkyHub] Reminder: there will be no Saturday Noon Swap Net this week.

This is a reminder that there will be no Saturday high noon skyhublink
swapfest net the last Saturday of each month due to me attending an ARES
meeting.

If someone would like to step in and run the net at noon the last Saturday
of each month I have a script and it isn't that hard to do.
