[SkyHub] MAJOR WIRES-X outage

Greetings all, due to a big failure at Moffat water treatment plant, the 449.625 and 448.350 repeaters are not connected to and running the SKYHUBLINK WIRES-X room.

We are working on the issue, those 2 repeaters are on the air, and 448.350 still connects to the rest of SHL via the YSF radio link, but the WIRES-X room is down.

We are working on a solution.  Stand by!
