[SkyHub] BRANDMEISTER / DMR ISSUES

SKYHUBLINK Engineers are aware of ongoing problems with DMR Brandmeister.  These issues do not appear to be SKYHUBLINK related problems.

Several other Clubs, Networks, and other operators are also experiencing Brandmeister related transmission problems.  SKYHUB engineers are looking what we can do to minimize these problems.

Some of the things that are in Hotspot User controls are to switch to another Brandmeister Master Server.  There are three to choose from.  BM Master 3102, 3103, 3104.  Or you could bypass by cross-moding from DMR to YSF using the DMR2YSF feature on your Hotspot.  Use YSF Reflector 92722 "US-Skyhub-Link".

For those connecting to the Colorado Severe Room, XLX303 appears to be stable. For the best stability, try using AllStar or Wires-X.
