[SkyHub] BOULDER REPEATER

Greetings all,
Thanks to our good friend of SHL Rich W9BNO, and Skyler WØSKY the Boulder 447.175 is now much more reliably connected DIRECTLY into the system via its own ALLSTAR link.  It will no longer be connected via the 900mhz repeater on Lookout Mtn, but connected directly via node number 29997 AllStar.

Improvements continue, and we hope to have the link with the Buckhorn 448.400 repeater back up soon.  It is on air but unlinked at this time.
