[SkyHub] NEW WIRES-X is ON AIR in CHEYENNE

SO MANY THANKS to Daryl W3ORR for hosting and setting up the new SKYHUBLINK FULL TIME WIRES-X repeater from his QTH in Cheyenne.

We hope to have a better site soon, but for now a full operating WIRES-X repeater on 4449.200 covers Cheyenne and surrounding area's.
