[SkyHub] NEED FOXHUNTERS! Interfering signal to Bailey Park County affiliated repeater.

And I just completed a weekly on-air conversation using the Palmer Lake
repeater.  Ron, at KF0PLS lives in Monument, while Bill at KB0OHQ lives in
the Broadmore.  There was frequent, almost constant, code-like interference
(static) that all could hear, drowning out our conversation.  That could be
another basis for a fox hunt. And while I have no experience in a fox hunt,
I'd certainly like to contribute however I can.
