Greetings —

We are 1 week away from the 2023 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention in Albuquerque, organized by Rocky Mountain Ham Radio (RMHAM).  Are you planning to join fellow hams from across New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, and other states for an enjoyable weekend?

Here are few important updates:

— Online registration will close on Monday, August 7 at 10:00PM MDT.  This is to allow our volunteers to begin assembling packets for attendee check-in at the event.  If you don’t register online in time, don’t worry…walk-up registration will be available at the Convention itself beginning on Saturday.

— The Friday evening mixer and Saturday dinner banquet are completely sold out!

— The Convention’s awesome forum lineup has been announced and is posted on the event website, along with speaker bios and schedule of events.

— Other activities planned include: Buying/selling/trading of amateur radio gear, special guest speakers, an awesome prize lineup, a special tour to the NRAO Very Large Array (VLA), a rare opportunity to operate the W1AW/5 special event station from RMHAM’s impressive DC-daylight communications trailer, an NWS Skywarn training class, QLF CW competition (your best shot at sending a CW message with your foot!), and more.

— THANK YOU.  Whether you can make the Convention or not, we wish to express our profound gratitude to the amateur radio community (hams, clubs, donors, volunteers, attendees, etc.) who have responded to the 2023 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention with support, encouragement, and enthusiasm.  It’s been an intense two months of planning and we definitely wouldn’t be at this point if it weren’t for you.
