[SkyHub] 449.450 link

Greetings everyone,
As many of you may know we've been having some troubles with the 449450 link radio distorted. That link will be offline today, for replacement by late afternoon.

So if for any reason you notice your transmissions are not being heard on 449450 or the other way that will be the reason but it will be restored by later this afternoon early evening.
