[SkyHub] FCC Filing about possible realocations of HF frequencies

So far, I see nothing wrong with it. It will be similar to international
broadcast using DRM. They COULD do this right now using DRM except that
international broadcast is for reception by the public instead of point to
point as they are proposing.

It's possible someone like ARRL will find some detail that makes this a
concern to amateur radio. Thus far, I have not found anything. It is
certainly generating a lot of rumor, though!
