Is anyone aware of this yet? Filed in April, the comment period ends July 31 (I believe) and it’s just becoming known now. Here’s a video from Jim Heath, W6LG, and I’ll link the petition to the FCC.
These are options traders who stand to make billions if they can get extra nanoseconds of speed, wanting to run 20kW encrypted data adjacent to our amateur allocations.

To read the whole document you have to click on the blue document icon on the lower right of the page. Scary stuff in my opinion and, in my experience, rather underhanded hiding the filing until just recently, and the repetitive bloviating of the filing is meant to confuse, obfuscate and keep people from being able to actually read the whole document.
