[SkyHub] Vail and Arvada Repeaters

Greetings all,
The Vail Repeater (analog 448.750, pl 103.5) and antenna has now been upgraded and repaired with coverage NOW GREATLY improved, SOLID along I-70 from Vail Pass to Eagle/Avon to Wolcott and probably along the Minturn to Tennessee pass corridor.  Let us know if you have any signal reports for it! Thanks to Skyler WØSKY, Burness KIØAR, and Keri N2KNK for the work on the system this past weekend!

Also we welcome Terry KCØBU and his repeater now covering north Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield and Boulder with the digital Wires-X signal on 449.675 with a minus offset.
