[SkyHub] Net reminder; Saturday noon swapnet

[Part 15 Engineer]

Here is your reminder that the Saturday high noon swap fest net will resume
tomorrow Saturday 5/13/23 at noon.

Also I am now a general class licensee although I'm not in the database as
such yet. The fcc has not processed my paperwork from the VE's yet.

Anyone know how long it takes the fcc to process license upgrades these
days?
