[SkyHub] NEW Arvada, Boulder, North metro and Denver WIRES-X repeater coming soon.

Thanks to Terry KC0BU for bringing on a new repeater for the Metro area that will include Boulder and the North area with Wires-X digital capability.  Coordination is granted for 449.675.  This will be  a great Boulder digital coverage and fill in for other coverages in spots as well as being another alternative for handhelds and more.  This repeater we hope to have on air mid to late June.

ALSO, the Steamboat Springs YSF repeater will be replaced by a full Wires-X capable machine.  Hoping again mid to late June.  Stand by for more announcements!
