[SkyHub] WestCO desert rat race

[Tower DIVA]

WestCO repeater system is completely offline from allstar for the desert
rat race that is a 24 to 36 hour continuous race starting about 0 400
Friday morning. The All Star unit has been turned off and *ARES Grand
Junction* have complete use of it. I will send out an email when rat race
is over.
