[SkyHub] WestCO system update

[Tower DIVA]

There is modifications happening...  The gents up in Meeker were able to
acquire a wind generator and have decided to go up today,  Friday the
27th,  and are going to put it into Uranium.  I'm staying offline as to
give them priority to the radios.

Hopefully all goes well. Will keep you updated.
