[SkyHub] NEW HUB system

Greetings all, after MANY MANY hours of work, Skyler W0SKY has implemented a new hub system FOR THE ALLSTAR ANALOG side of things.

If you are not connected you will want to manually connect back to the system.

Wires-X is unaffected and is connected in the usual manner.  If you have any problems with other modes let us know.

This should GREATLY stabilize the system from the issues we were having.

Please report any anomalies to myself or Skyler.
