Greetings all,
As you may have noticed we are having troubles with the AllStar Hub system and we believe we have found the answer.

Unfortunately the PC Based AllStar software is coming to end of life and no new support and current support is available. Unfortunately it is a complicated and very proprietary system that is basically going to be done in the PC World.

HOWEVER, the good news is that new systems have been developed and are doing very well for the new Raspberry Pi system. The new RPi 4 has been running some systems now for quite some time and doing so extremely reliably and well in other parts of the country, and that is what is being recommended to us.

To that end, SHL is going to be switching our main hub server ops to the RPi4 here soon.

DOES ANYONE have a couple of these (must have 4 gig Ram) that they would donate to the cause? AND would have to be the RPi 4.

They are available thru Amazon for about $179 each. We are searching other availability too. We would want to have a main and a backup.

As always, any donations are tax deductible.

Thanks for any consideration, and Merry Christmas!
73'
Jack
