[SkyHub] Some changes to saturday high noon swapfest net

Hi,

there will be a change to the swapnet in how submissions and updates to 
for sale posts are made,,,

The swap fest net is reverting back to email for swapfest submissions. 
the email is kc8gpd at gmail.com. no one appears to be answering at RMRL 
and the master swaplist appears to have not been updated since 10/14/22.

please direct all submissions and updates for the saturday swapnet to 
kc8gpd at gmail.com. i will revert back to RMRL list should they get things 
moving there again.
