[SkyHub] Operating reminder when on SkyHubLink

Hey everyone, a friendly reminder about operations on SkyHubLink repeaters, very important for all who use the system!

Remember, you're on a linked system connected to many repeaters! This means that:

  *   You can't quick key or tailgate, leave a few seconds between transmissions.
  *   You must key up... count to 2, then begin speaking.
  *   At the end of your transmission, please do a 2 count before you unkey your PTT.
While we are all still getting used to the operating parameters needed as we are not just on a standalone repeater, lets remember good amateur operating practices are important for all.
