[SkyHub] Uranium peak, Meeker

Uranium peak is currently on the air but not running at 100%.. Some
preliminary testing when I was leaving I do not like the coverage of it and
plan on doing changes but it'll get us by for now. I do have a power
upgrade for it RF wise and also going to most likely put a preamp on the
receiver to make it a little bit more sensitive seen as though there is is
minimal rf issues at this location.
