[SkyHub] backup connections are ON THE AIR and WORKING

Greetings all,

We have the entire system back up on on a backup link.  Those of you on AllStar that are not directly part of the SkyHubLink will have to manually reconnect.  DMR at this time is coming thru TG 31083.  Wires-X is unaffected and now reconnected to the rest of the system.

RIGHT NOW, the YSF link is on US-BM-TG 31083.  YSF links will need to use that choice in your selection to connect.

We will keep you all updated as the situation progresses.  Many and much thanks to Jeremy WØJRL and Skyler WØSKY for the diligent work on the systems.

We are also going to install a COMPLETE backup HUB computer in the next couple of days that can be hot-swappable when there is an issue.
