[SkyHub] ANOTHER NEW REPEATER in SW CO

[Tower DIVA]

It formally belonged to the grand Mesa repeater association after Al acker
passed away everything pretty much fell apart and to Keep some of the
equipment online and in use for Amateur radio operations and coverage for
for emergencies and everything else it was handed over for me to continue
to maintain and put on my system.
