[SkyHub] W0JRL repeater now uses split PL

Hello everyone,
If you are in the Denver metro area and want to use the W0JRL (447.175) 
repeater, the transmit tone from the repeater has changed. The transmit 
tone is 186.2.
Programming your radio:
* TX frequency: 442.175
* RX frequency: 447.175
*TX CTCSS: 103.5
* RX CTCSS: 186.2
