[SkyHub] Firstview Repeater 447.600

Greetings all, an announcement concerning the Firstview Colorado repeater on 447.600 repeater.

This repeater is now on ANALOG.  The frequency remains the same.  PL is 103.5.  Kit Carson, Aroya, Eads and Cheyenne Wells will now have SkyHubLink analog coverage.  This will be thru the analog capabilities of Wires-X thru Bill KD0OXW's system.

This will greatly help during severe weather outbreaks too for that area being able to utilize analog.  I will be speaking with Gary NC2WX about how this works for switching to the Severe Weather rooms during bad weather.
