[SkyHub] 448.350 repeater is BACK UP

448.350 is back online and is the YSF entry point now again for the rest of SHL.

449.625 is back as a switchable Wires-X repeater homerooming on SHL.

Greetings all,
Due to a failure in the Moffat 448.350 repeater (seems to be slight transmitting but not hearing) we are changing the YSF link radio into the system on 449.625 as backup.

While this is happening 449.625 WILL NOT be Wires-X switchable.  We will be utilizing it as the Wires-X entry repeater for the rest of SkyHubLink.

Will advise when we are back to normal.  All other Wires-X repeaters are operating normally and are open for usual use.
