[SkyHub] LOVELAND Wires-X repeater is back connected to SkyHubLink

Hey all, thanks to the hard work from Mark N0XRX, Bucky W0SUN, and Daniel KF0FDF.

The Loveland Wires-X repeater on Mt. Milner, 447.800 is back on air and connected to SkyHubLink thru Wires-X and of course is usable on other rooms as well.
