[SkyHub] M-17 issue with a constant keydown

Greetings all,

At this time (11:45am 1/26) I am monitoring a constant keydown on M-17 (I have disconnected the reflector from the main SHL).  I am hearing full conversations from the amateur (Can see his callsign on the Droidstar SrcID.  PLEASE MAKE SURE that if you are using this ap to NOT inadvertently keydown.  Inappropriate language and other conversations should not be aired in this way.  Could cause much trouble and for now the M-17 reflector is unusable.  I will notify via this email when the keydown stops and will reconnect to the system.
