[SkyHub] Keyups on system overnight

Greetings all
Someone has an openspot connected into the YSF system that is causing keyups all night long.  I have temporarily disconnected the YSF link from the rest of the system by disabling Hub node 1708.   Unfortunately this effectively cuts off the Wires-X system from the rest of the SHL.

There is no way to identify the openspot without the callsign attached.  Will try to do more in the AM.
