This protocol uses a completely open source vocoder, and you can talk on it using programs like DroidStar for android or DudeStar for windows. There is currently no commercial radio on the market although you can build one. More information is available here: https://m17project.org/To bridge in, use the reflector  "M17-SKY"  on MODULE D.
