Has the users group considered an adverse possession claim to gain the
desired easement? Given the long history of access, it would seem to be a
slam dunk to this non-lawyer.

So I forwarded the article to Bill Nelson, KB0OHQ, a partner with Lewis
Rocca Rothgerber in Colorado Springs to get his thoughts which I'll pass
along.
