[SkyHub] NEW STERLING CO repeater on air on SHL

The new repeater is up and operational in the Sterling area, covering from about Brush CO on I-76 to NE of Sterling, that still to be determined.

145.295 - offset, pl 100 hz

Coverage map and more information to follow shortly.  Soon this repeater will also be connected to another in Holyoke!
