[SkyHub] New 449.200 Cheyenne repeater on the air from W3ORR

Good day to you!

Yesterday Daryl W3ORR and I set up the new 449.200 YSF Reflector 92722 repeater linked into SkyHubLink in Cheyenne.

This is a fill in repeater and covers area's around the city that 447.400 on Pilot hill "overshoots".

Fusion C4FM digital HT use around the immediate city should now be no problem, you must use a Yaesu Fusion radio to access it.  It is NOT "Wires-X" steerable, please do not attempt to control it with Wires-X on your Fusion radio.

ALSO, we have a new system on SHL from Scott City Kansas, the N0YK repeater on 448.300 analog pl 88.5.  Coverage map to come soonl.
