[SkyHub] 447.175 Repeater Off Air

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know, the 447.175 repeater in Denver is disconnected 
from the SkyHub, and is also off air locally. The repeater is hearing 
DMR traffic from somewhere, and seams to be hearing its own transmitter. 
I'll let you know when the repeater is back online.
